Heini Zachariassen, Founder
Heini is a Faroese entrepreneur with over 25 years of building products and companies. He founded the wine app Vivino, which grew to over 50 million users and raised more than $220 million in venture funding. A relentless builder, he believes in thinking big and starting small — shipping fast, learning from real users, and obsessing over the details. With Vota, he’s back at day 0, doing what he loves most.
Anders Friis, Co-Founder, Product & Mobile App Engineer
Anders holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Development from the IT University of Copenhagen and brings over 12 years of experience in mobile app development across startups and as a contractor in the finance and technology industries. A passionate builder, he combines product vision with hands-on engineering to craft intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences.
Rasmus Agnvig, Co-Founder, Full-Stack Engineer
Rasmus holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School and brings over a decade of full-stack experience - from traditional finance, fintech and crypto to scaling consumer products. He combines product vision with solution architecture, increasingly leaning on AI agents to move faster. Done beats perfect.
Kevin, Full-Stack Engineer
Kevin holds an AP degree in Computer Science from Zealand Academy and brings several years of experience across backend, full-stack and test automation, including nearly five years building payment systems in fintech. An automation wizard at heart, he now puts that mindset to work with AI — building agentic workflows and tooling that take the repetitive work off the team’s plate. He started out teaching and tutoring fellow students, and still enjoys getting the details right.
